Xbox series c pre order got cancelled Australia

Hello there

My series x pre order ( Melbourne Australia) got canceled as i recieved email on 4th Nov. i have funds in my account. I didnt get any notification from Microsoft when the amount will be deducted. I have talked to customer rep who gave me the reason that
MS tried but lack of balance and they canceled. Is there any way i can get the order up again?? Btw i had money all the time, i still got no clue why it happened. My order got canceled at the last moment of me waiting month.
