Xbox series 2 / Xbox accessories app action functionality missing (PC)

Are you saying that an update removed controller functionality, and that this IS NOT A BUG. It was intentional to BAIT AND SWITCH YOUR CUSTOMERS?

The functions you mentioned are only available on Xbox consoles, the current windows app doesn't support the actions on the controller

They 100% had that functionality when I started to use it, pretty dumb now that I can't access it.
To top it off, on the xbox accessories app, if you hit the right arrow on your keyboard, it'll go to the 2nd tab (essentially where the actions tab should be) it's just blank, but you can use up and down arrows. When you hit enter to select the ghost selections, it just gets reverted back to default.

The ghostlike action menu is shown below! Can we get the proper menu back please...

What do you mean by changing the actions? By remapping the buttons you change what action they do in game. You can also remap the included paddles from the default ABXY face buttons. This is all done through the Xbox Accessories App which you can download
from the Microsoft Store and you have the May 2019 update (ver 1903). It is recommended to configure the controller on the PC using the included micro USB cable.

We understand that you are trying to configure your Xbox Controller to do record a video and take a screenshot. Thanks for raising this question in Xbox Community. Although these functions (record a video and take a screenshot) are available on Xbox Game Bar and do have shortcuts through keyboard. This could be a future feature that a controller too. Your idea is brilliant, and we would appreciate if you send a suggestion to Team Xbox.

Please use Microsoft Feedback Hub app. This app is pre-installed on every Windows device and can be install/update through Microsoft Store.

1. Launch the Feedback Hub app and select Suggest a feature.
   
2. Fill out all the boxes about your recommendation for Xbox Accessories app. Choose category and add more details, then submit.
