Where could i buy a new lock sleeve?

I had the exact same problem with my elite 2, it seems to be something that is quite common, like how the elite 1 grips would peel off.

If it is out of warranty I am not sure if you can get a replacement but i would contact support: https://support.xbox.com/contact-us/

Or maybe try to glue the sleeve back on?

I found your previous thread after finding today that the sleeve has just fallen off mine. I've had my pad about 8 months and never used the trigger locks til recently. Now only after about 6 uses the cover came off. Unfortunately i can't find my proof of
purchase and the microsoft website does not recognise the serial number.

However, I've managed to get the sleeve back onto the sharp plastic lock. The connection is three protrusions at the bottom of the sleeve that go through the pin holes around the trigger lock. Absolute nightmare to get back in, but with a pair of nose pilers
i've positioned the sleeve and forced down on each connection until the rubber sits back into the pin hole. This is very difficult on the connection furthest away from the paddles as its pinched between the rear housing plastic. Overall it has stayed in place,
but would imagine it'll fall out again. It's a short term solution and if it happens again i'll apply a small amount of super glue. Overall a poor design, as the trigger lock should have been a one piece plastic without the need for sleeves.
