    Hi my wife recently purchased the elite series 2 controller for me and I've been waiting to use it for the Horizon 5 release. I'm having awful wired connection issues to my PC though and I haven't been able to find any solutions that work online. I have tried using different usb-c cables but the same problem persists. I have removed from devices multiple times. My firmware is 4.7.18 with no option to update. Is anyone else having similar issues that have solved? This is driving me crazy....it's brand new!

    Hi Christopher, thanks for suggestion. This was one of the first things I tried, but unfortunately the problem persisted.

    It really feels like the usb connection on the controller itself is weak or something, but this problem only happens in game. (Have tested on other games as well)

    Hi there Bren welcome to the community forum! Christopher here, an Xbox fan just like you and has been on Xbox for years already. I would really love to make your day by helping you out. I suggest uninstalling the accessories app completely! Everytime that it tried to give me a hard time I do this and it works wonders! Here are the steps!

    When the gamepad is connected to the PC with a wire, the problem disappears. But when I disconnect usb-c from gamepad, it appears again.
