    Xbox Series 2 Elite Controller not functioning properly... AGAIN... and now no online or...


    I have to send my Elite Series 2 in for repair for the second time in a matter of weeks. First time, I had the RB sticking issue, now I have an issue where pressing on the Right Stick turns the controller completely off and you have to plug in the cable
    to turn it back on. This is ridiculous.

    Why am I not able to contact someone on the phone or in online chat for this? Covid 19 has been a terrible burden on all of us, but how does a $1 trillion company not have the capability to maintain proper customer support for their faulty expensive hardware?
    I would like for a Microsoft representative to explain to me how this is acceptable and why they can't just send me a new one first. I don't feel like being without my series 2 for several more weeks due to faulty engineering and manufacturing.

    Eagerly waiting a reply... Competitor console is looking better and better each day.

    When I sent mine the first time I only sent the controller alone in a box (with packing peanuts or bubble wrap) and I removed all customizable pieces beforehand (joysticks and dpad). Hold on to all the other stuff because there is no guarantee you will
    get that all back.

    The first time I got back a seemingly new controller with the standard joysticks and d-pad, but nothing else. This round I have not yet sent my controller to them. I'm waiting to see if I can actually get a reply that is helpful or acknowledges my current
    issues. Nothing so far.

    I have already requested an exchange for the device, the problem is that I, again, will have to wait while my device is deliver to Xbox and then wait to receive a new device before I have a potentially fully functional controller in hand.

    I urge you to try and get a live online chat or call back using that website with my current issue. All methods I have tried lead me to automated messages and ultimately the only option is to submit a warranty request.
