    Xbox series 2 - core controller issues


    I've got Xbox series 2 - core controller, I must have now sent this back for repair 4 times in November. I've just got it back 2 days ago and the left bumper doesn't always register the click.

    Like I said I've sent this back now 4 times recently, each taking a turnaround of around 2 weeks, and according to the return invoice, it costs 120 euros in total for shipping and repair, I can purchase a brand new one for £100 so this all seems very very stupid.

    I can issue another return again costing someone time and money and run the risk of getting another defective controller back in 2 weeks.

    Is there any way to escalate all this as its starting to get into the realms of madness shipping this back and forth to Germany over and over?

    1. Have you tried it another device if still the same manifestation happens?
    2. What troubleshooting have you done so far?
    3. Did you get back real time support to inform the issue?
