Xbox sent to Germany for repair (from Israel)

I live in Israel and opened a repair request because my Xbox One was making a new (and annoying) mechanical noise that would not stop. I paid the 500 NIS and received the UPS label. Printed it, shipped it off. UPS shows that it was delivered several days
ago already to Microsoft's facility in Frankfurt, but the repair order on the Xbox website states that it has not been received yet.

Tried to contact Microsoft representatives to understand where my Xbox is and all I received were bland and laconic answers from Indian employees who had no more information than I did.

Should I give this a few more days or should I start worrying that they have already lost it?

yeah, I have already sent my Xbox one to Frankfurt Germany for a service repair and this is the one I had sent back to me with the issue

 

XBOX Project Scorpio - Box Not Returned with warranty repair.

The UK number is 0800 587 1102 - although the chances of getting your original box back are practically nil. Consoles purchased in Europe are sent to Germany for repair. There is no console repair facility in the United Kingdom.

I would definitely give it another day or two to allow your device to be processed.. and then speak to Microsoft support again

to

see if there are any updates with your

repair order. You'll be receiving updates throughout the process to the same email that was used to receive the shipping label.

Be on the look out for an email that says "We've received your device and it's being processed" .
