Xbox sent in for repair and returned still damaged; can't create new service order

Greetings,

I've met some serious issues with my Xbox One X, issues that have been affecting the console constantly since launch (I purchased the console the day after it was released.

Occassionally, games crash without warning, with the system either stating that the content is corrupt or giving a 0x803F8001 error. This has affected multiple games, and I have lost major save progress in some games because of either fail states affecting
gameplay or the need to erase local saves.

On multiple restarts after clearing said saves, or even simply during startup in general, I get an E105 8007045d or 800700B7 error. Upon either attempting to restart the console again or do a factory reset, the system freezes up for periods exceeding 30 minutes
before execution (and in one instance, the system was frozen for 28 hours before I force shutdown the console).

I eventually opened up a service order (#1412008575) for the console to be repaired. I suspected a hardware issue, such as a malfunction of the HDD.

However, to my extreme disappointment, my console was sent back to me after 10 days, with a note saying support had simply done a factory software reset. I had already done so over four times, and sure enough, the previous problems came back.

Firstly, I attempted to download only four items: HITMAN, Elite: Dangerous, Microsoft Store, and YouTube. However, the downloads kept stopping midway, presenting error code 0x80072efe. I tried to download each individually, but all randomly presented with that
error code. I have started to play Elite: Dangerous again since that was the only game that downloaded successfully, but the error of "There's something wrong with your saved games" presents randomly, without any common trigger. I have left the game idle for
40 minutes, and then returned to the error message.

I was going to open up another repair service to send in my Xbox One X and perhaps get a full refurbishment or a replacement unit, however, my problems didn't end; because the previous repair order is still "active", I can't submit a new repair order (but I
can still print the old shipping label.)

Please, help. I've been a loyal Xbox gamer for nearly a decade and I want to still be able to depend on my favorite brand for the best gaming.

P.S: I have already tried the following fixes multiple times, so pleeeeease do not suggest it:

Factory reset

Deletion of profile and associated saves, redownload

Deletion of local saves, redownload/restart (I've now had to do this seven times since my console has returned)

Deletion of game content, redownload

Unplug and plug in again

Lesser banishing ritual of the pentagram, with sacrificed Xbox 360 and disemboweled Elite controllers

Will Microsoft repair replace a damaged xbox console case?

My xbox is still functioning, I was wondering if Microsoft repair would replace the damaged case if I sent it in?

Your console is damaged and needs to be sent in for repair, though it would be cheaper just to buy a new one.

The device is still in warranty on that page. the only damage on the console is a small chip on one of the top corners. I understand that physical damage isnt covered by warranty but I sent it in for a crashing issue. So they wont service a in warranty repair if the console has physical damage?

The seal on my console is broken

I am assuming you sent your controller for repairs using the service order. The service centre inspects your product upon arrival. If no service is performed (repair or exchange), they’ll return the product and send you info about why the service wasn’t performed.

I've just spoken to amazon in live chat - even though it's been over 30 days and has been sent away on a repair then have sent me a returns label and are going to issue a refund as soon as it's back. Amazing service! I gave him my repair order number reference
and within a few minutes he was back emailing my label.
