Xbox Sent Back To Microsoft Still Not Working Properly!!!

I recently had the dreaded black screen of doom with my Xbox One. I had sent it back to Microsoft to get repaired to work properly. Upon receiving my console back from Microsoft they claimed there was nothing wrong with my system. I fired it up once everything
cleared. After reloading Madden 16 the system almost immediately froze upon game play. Now back to the black screen of doom. None of the solutions Microsoft gave worked. My console is still under warranty yet Microsoft refuses to acknowledge my console has
a problem. Buyer Beware if you do have a console problem, Microsoft and its customer service does nothing to resolve their problems. Their only feedback was a free month of Xbox Live Gold, would be nice if system works, but the fact it doesn't it seems more
like a slap in the face.

Hi, I think you should take this problem directly to Microsoft if it is still not working properly.

The people at Overkill have submitted the patch to Microsoft quite a few times now, and Microsoft have sent it back as it did not meet their QA standards. Overkill have been working on the Xbox patch for quite along time and are still working on it, it's
just the fact they can't get it it meet the QA standards.

 

Went through this many times with MS repair, I would call in, set up repair and ship out my xbox. Week or so later I would get it back and it would still have the very same issues it left with. Did that 3 times and on the 3rd go around they replaced it with
another console that sparked when plugged in.

Called in to have the replacment console repaired and they said the warranty period was over. X amount to repair it. So it continues to set in my closet.

Better to put a $400 hold on your CC and ask for a new replacement than a repair imo. (If they still do that)

 

The only thing you can really do is call back in, and tell them it's still not working and you need to send it back again. As long as it's still under warranty then they should take it back.
