Xbox sending me broken files for digital codes....

I recently bought 2 Great White Shark Cards on the online Xbox Store for a total sum of $40. I was sent the confirmation mail to my address saying the the purchase was successful. The email also contained 5 image files, and none of them are able to be opened
with any program at all. I tried out a lot of different ways to open them up so that I can redeem my codes I paid for, but nothing works. I made sure that to see if I would we sent a separate mail with the codes, but I didn't. So now I am stuck with 5 image
files that can't open, and a $40 loss to the Xbox store. Some one PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

BTW, I am on an Xbox One console.

This is not my playing account, but it's the only one I can buy games and such with to give to my other account because the other account is "underage".

Can't copy OSU1.zip file to USB (Offline System Update)

OSU1 File still broken. I am really considering just sending this xbox one to Microsoft for repair. This is rediculous.

 

Games won't launch!

Good luck - I'm on my 4th xbox1 console because xbox support keeps sending me replacements thinking my hardware is broken. None of my digital downloads work reliably no matter how many times I power cycle the console or reinstall the games.

 

You say you bought this via the Xbox Store, but got sent an email with the codes? They usually add the money straight to your account, have you checked your balance to see if the extra money is there?

 

Just a follow up, checking the items description they say:

"All purchased cash is automatically deposited into your character’s bank account." so the money should be in your GTA account.

 

Just to add to the information that IRB provided for you, the e-mails that you received are essentially your purchase receipts from the Xbox Store. Because you purchased digital content there is not a paper receipt, so they e-mail you a purchase confirmation.
