    Xbox seemed to have stopped loading things


    Hello, I recently came back to my xbox after visiting family members for a few days. When I came back the Xbox had uninstalled most, if not all of my games and had only kept about 4-5. The Xbox claimed that it could not read my External Storage which was apparently full. Because of this I tried to shrink some games but all menus, apps, and games will not load for some reason. I have tried unplugging the xbox, switching accounts and coming back in, restarting the xbox, and trying to use the assist app. Occasionally, an app will work and sometimes a menu (things like loading my profile going to all owned games) but my games wont let me play them. Every time I open one it kicks me out because it took to long to start. If you could help me stop this problem that would be great!

    I would like you to go through the following steps to clear the Mac address and then perform a quick power cycle on your console:

    Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear it and the console should restart. It would definitely help if you could restart the internet router while the console is restarting.

    After going through the troubleshooting steps mentioned, I invite you to perform a quick power cycle by turning off the console and then unplugging all the cables. After 2 to 3 minutes, re-plug them back again, then restart your console.

    In case the issue still persists, the next step would be to perform a reset on the console. To do so you will need to follow the steps below to perform a reset on the Xbox:

    Settings > System > Console Info > Reset This Xbox > Reset and Keep my Games and Apps.

    Note =>The "Reset and Keep my Games and Apps" option will not cause losing your games, but please be aware that you need to be completely aware of the email address as well as the password of your account before going for it because it will require you to sign in to the account.

    Installing a game and the percentage will only move up if I pause and then resume??

    It's still downloading had this on loads of games.. jumping from 85, 75 % to ready to play. if your Xbox goes to sleep seems like the % stops increasing. Just let it do its thing, it Will get there in the end..

    Xbox app crashing

    Mine also crashes after a little while of using it, if I'm viewing things like the feed or achievements or a friends profile. It almost feels like it happens if the cache gets too big. When I first load the app, everything loads fast and is fine. But after
    using it for a little bit, everything I click on seems to take forever to load until eventually I just get a neverending loading circle. From that point, the app will just crash and freeze up and do nothing. I have to go into my Settings, select Force Stop
    on the Xbox app, then reload it. Then it works fine again. Maybe try to do a Force Stop on it if it starts running slow and relaunch it, and hopefully that will keep it running for a bit in between having to do that. Good luck!

    This did not help. It seems that it is in some way bugged. After selecting purchase, nothing happens. It seems as if it loads but after a minute or so, it just stops. I'm on Xbox One playing Bedrock Edition.
