Xbox seem to dish out bans very easily

I seem to have come across a few people who join party's through a friend and next day I get bans. This has happened a few times now. The bans have been for communication. I'm 100% sure I've not done anything wrong in fact I don't talk much whilst playing.
I've had 24hr bans before and now it's 7days. Their policy sucks, why don't they talk to me about it before a ban? Their review page isn't working so I can't lodge a case review. I'd understand if I had sent abusive messages as they can see them but if they
acuse me of voice how can they ban without proof?

xBox One TV Set-Up Communication Issues with Dish Network Network Box VIP612DVR

Has anyone gotten their dish network joey and the xbox one to work hooked up to an avr system? I keep losing my dish signal and cannot get TV after a while. It's driving me nuts. I'm using HDMI cables from the Joey into the IN HDMI port on the Xbox One;
Out from the Xbox One with HDMI to an Input marked Cable/Sat TV on my AVR. The whole system works for a while, but sooner or later, the Dish signal seems to get lost in the shuffle. It would seem the instructions that came with the Xbox are a little sparse
where home entertainment systems are concerned. Thanks in advance for any feedback.

[/quote]There is no game out that has age limitations. The ESRB is suggestive only. Futhermore, the policy enforcement team (those who hand out bans regarding xbox live) does not read this forum. If you were banned then you need to check your email address
tied to your xbox live id to see the reason for the ban. Also they don't ban for no reason, they actively investigate and if the person is breaking the rules, they will dish out the ban(s). You need to go to the accounts and suspensions forum.

You must keep it clean and rated e for everyome

It only takes one valid report

Cursing isnt actually allowed on any online service

ok, answer me this. If I swear on the mic and someone reports me, how do Xbox know? They record every bit of chatter? I understand if I message but chat? There's someone who joins our party and every time I get a ban the next day. He's not on my friends
list and joins party through a pal. Tried getting it reviewed but they review system is poor asking stupid questions

 

Basically yes. The enforcement team can access anything you do on Live.

 

So even voice chat they keep millions of it to go over when complains?

 

yes when you get a report

Everything online is kept for 5 years as legally required it's not reviews until a report is made to flag it

If you had read the tou and use common sense you can pass the questionaire with flying colors

If you fail maybe you should started using common sense
