    Why in hell do I need to provide more than one security proof to log onto my own account? Two email addresses is enough! I don't need your company calling me on my personal phone. Two email addresses was good for the last two years and now suddenly it's
    not? This bull crap collection of people's data is about to loose you a customer.

    Hate to be the bearer of bad news but ultimately the account holder is fully responsible for remembering the account details and log-in details. If the security proofs require the e-mail and password to be entered, your brother is stuck for good. If there
    is a payment option tied to the account that can be confirmed you can contact Xbox Support and have at least a chance of having it sorted.

    If a new account is created, all of the downloaded content from your brother's stuck account (if applicable) will still be accessible.

    @SlimPie71 Not sure what your talking about. I gave them what they needed for security proofs which I have found very useful. I have only received texts or calls when I try to access things like billing information or other sensitive data like that. I don't
    receive any spam at my secondary email either and the only time I receive and email there.

    yup all these people here suffer from microsoft theft too. no one sees the pattern to this garbage they are calling security. sorry but the only ones stealing from me is xbox not the hackers
