    I bought a xbox seagate external hard drive 2tb 3.5 in about 3 years ago. I've never had a problem with it till a day ago. I turned on my xbox and went to play one of my games and it said i needed to install it but i had it installed on the drive. Checked
    the game and apps and saw all my games and apps were gone. So i checked the storage settings and my drive wasn't there. Thats when i noticed the light wasn't on, on the drive but I could feel it running. So i unplugged it and plugged it back in but nothing.
    I've restarted my xbox one multiple times. I unplugged all cables from xbox and left if all night. I plugged the drive into my laptop which is windows 10, the drive showed up but still no light and checked the drive info it said it was working properly. Plugged
    it back into the xbox and still not working. I'm loosing hope. Has anyone else had this problem? Please help.

    Seagate hard drives are the only ones known to cause issues, but any other external hard drive should be fine. You can only use up to 2TB though.
