XBOX Scuf Controller Stick Drift

I was just wondering would Microsoft be able to fix scuf xbox controllers as their essentially the same models and going to a Microsoft store would be less of a hassle then going through Scuf for repairs?

Microsoft only offers services to official controllers, if you have problems with a third party controller you should go to the store where you bought it and ask about the warranty policies of that product or apply the warranty directly with Scuf.

The only thing I wanted from the SCUF controller was the PS3 style analog stick. Ebay sells them for 5 or 6 bucks. I just replaced the stick and I'm happy. No need for SCUF for me.

Dont the elite 2 is the best controller on the market for xbox and scuf also helped Microsoft make it.. the 3 different trigger locks and the thumb stick adjustments make it well worth the 170.00 price tag.. if you but the same kinda of controller from
scuf your looking at 250.00 and the way scuf put there paddles is uncomfortable to me

Im on my 5th pad had this one for just over a month thought it was golden and it started to upward drift on the left stick and now the stick isnt even registering upward movement I am appalled by the build quality of these over the top expensive pads im
now looking at getting a scuf but given the worlds sutuation at the moment i cant even get a refund on this pile of **** to buy a scuf😡
