    Screenshots are inconsistent between platforms on my account, sometimes they may send, sometimes they don’t they always ask to uplod to xbox live. Tried all troubleshooting and nothing works, had this issue a while ago. Popped back up again, only thing
    that fixed it then was an engineer team. Please help

    I was able to get older screenshots to load on my Xbox by sorting the results by screenshots and games, but the older screenshots still will not show up on the Windows Xbox console companion or Xbox app.

    I have this issue too.

    I have factory reset console, installed Xbox mobile app to a spare mobile and setup a spare laptop to test the Xbox Console companion. Still have issue.

    You're definitely not a lone. A bunch of people are experiencing this and no one on xbox seems to want to acknowledge the issue. I hope they fix it after the new year.
