    Xbox Screen Stuck


    I have been having serious problems with the Xbox One lately but now I can't even get to the dashboard. Once I have turned on my Xbox it shows the screen with the Xbox logo and name on it, but then it switches to a completely black screen and it won't do
    anything else. I have hard restarted it and it didn't do anything. Please, someone help.

    Do you mean that you are stuck on the uploading or initial configuration screens of the Xbox? I just purchased the Elite bundle and cannot go past those screens at the moment. Or have you configured your Xbox and you are stuck on the boot up screen of
    a game?

    Mine was stuck on green screen for over an hour. Talked to xbox support. They had me reboot it a few times. Now I'm stuck with a black screen. I called amazon.com and they are overnighting me a new one.
