    Xbox screen frozen


    So i turned my Xbox on today and it was stuck on the credit screen of the last hulu show i watched. I tried cold starting it, hard starting it, i switched HDMI ports, i switched to av input/output jacks, i even tried using a different TV nothing worked.
    I didn't drop it, i didn't hit it, nothing fell on it. i take extremely good care of my Xbox one and one day it just randomly started doing this. I'm all out of troubleshooting ideas is there anything i can do more that i'm just not thinking of??

    Every time I turn my xbox 360 on it will freeze almost instantly. I was able to play for about 45 minutes yesterday without any problems but then it froze. Now everytime it starts loading my profile the screen just stops. Ive tried everything I can think
    of, PLEASE HELP!!

    Halo Master Chief Collection not working

    I've been having the same issue. On Xbox One X it gets stuck/freezes on loading. After several attempts I left it on the frozen loading screen.. after 10 mins it loads in correctly.
    May I ask how you stayed on the frozen loading screen? Ten seconds after freezing on my Xbox One X the game just quits out. I cant stay on the frozen screen for long.
