Xbox Screen Flicker and Lines Over Screen

I have actually tried many HDMI’s and on different TV’s.

Maybe the problem is in the HDMI cable

Have you tried using the original cable that came with the console and connecting straight into the TV or TV's?

If you are using a AVR disconnect it while you try above cable.

Thank you so much for your reply, unfortunately none of the above as seemed to of been any success and I’m now starting to think it’s a hardware issue, but just completely baffled as it works perfectly normal on 640x480..

I see a few others have had the same problem after I’ve posted this so I’ll just camp their posts and hope to find a solution.

I can totally understand how this kind of thing could be super concerning.

I would say that if you haven't already, you might want to try some of the steps outlined in Troubleshooting a blank TV screen
or monitor while your Xbox One is onand if that does not help so much try a soft factory reset of the console.

A soft factory reset is one that clears a bunch of excess or problematic data but does
not uninstall any of your games or apps.

Just be sure to know all the sign-in info for any gamertags on your console and that you have easy internet access so that the process goes smoothly and any needed updates are able to be applied appropriately.

When you get chance, and if the blank screen steps don't resolve the issue, try following the steps outlined in How to reset your console
to factory defaults on Xbox One and try the option denoted reset and keep my games & apps.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

No success. Ive tried this before multiple times.
