Xbox screen flashing and cutting out.

I have had my Xbox One X for about 2 years and about a year ago I experienced it nonstop cutting out and flashing I tried everything and nothing worked so I eventually just shut it off and left it for a week or two and it was perfectly fine after. I just
came back from military school about a month ago

after being gone for 5 months and when I got back my screen was flashy and was cutting out for a few days until I plugged it into a wall outlet to give it more power and it worked for about a week and recently it started flashing again I just factory reset
it about 2 days ago and it still doesn't help. I have tried everything that I have seen suggested and nothing has worked. I know its the Xbox because my laptop connects to my Tv perfectly and I can do anything on it. I have tried different ports and different
cables and nothing worked. I need help.

Tried the change HDMI settings didn't work ryse still cuts out after the first cutscene and assassins creed still has these black and white pixel boxes flashing over my screen before it freezes

After the most recent update, 9/2/2014, my Xbox 360 is suffering video and sound problems. The graphics will cut out (blank screen), and/or freeze with a pixilated screen. The sound is now cutting out intermittently. I haven't found a remedy. The unit
worked flawlessly before the update.

I just started having this same issue. It had been working properly for one year. But suddenly the TV signal from my Comcast cable box began to cut in and out, and eventually just displays a blue screen (though someitmes it flashes to "Your TV signal
was lost" then flashes back to blue).

At first I thought it was my cable box, so I replaced that. Then I replaced the HDMI cable.

Everything else on the XBOX works fine. And if I connect my cable box direct to my TV, it works fine. So it must be with the XBOX One itself.

...and my warranty expired. Great.

The whole theatre goes dark. The screen switches on and the following words appear as if typed in Courier font:

The screen goes black. Then, a massive White flash accompanied with explosion effects engulfs the theatre and you see a hand lying on the dirt in front of you. You are lying on the ground. It is your own hand. You get up and turn around.

A massive wasteland is behind you and you see the ruins of postwar London. The screen cuts to black.
