    Xbox screen colors messed up


    I woke up to a really messed-up TV screen. The people's skin was purple and the background was green. This was on NHL 21 only since when I went onto NHL 19, the colors were fine. When I go back to the home screen, the colors are normal. Does anyone know what is going on? Thanks.

    Hi Amanda, I hope you're doing great despite the issue you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    Have you tried to use a different HDMI Cable? Also, have you tried to use a different TV? This is to isolate the issue further.

    I'm Samy an independent advisor. Welcome to the Xbox community. How are you?

    Press and hold your console's power button until the console turns off, remove the power cord and HDMI cable, after 1 minute, turn your console back on and see if that resolves the issue.

    If the problem persists, try using another HDMI cable in another HDMI port on your TV, or if possible, test the console on another TV.

    Oke so fare you've tried all the best options only one left is trying a hd cable if the xbox has a hdmi out.if you still have the problem with hdmi the you know the video chip is dying and you need to sent it in fore repair.thas the only option left i can
    think off.
