Xbox Screen And Menu

The world did not end. We can all breathe now.

When i turned on my xbox at start the xbox was fine but when i tried to login my account and the menu thingy i couldnt do anything on there and couldnt login so i removed a cable from the xbox and put it back in and when it turned on the xbox screen was
black and the menu was STILL broken, i put in my internet again and the black screen went, its just the menu thats bugging me

Same problem here. Unplugging the network cable and restarting did indeed return basic functionality and the screen stop blanking out.

If you are connected through Wi-Fi, your only option is probably just to turn off your router for now since you likely can't get far enough into the Xbox settings to do it from there. Once your Xbox is working again, you can go into the network settings
on your Xbox and disable Wi-Fi from there until you are brave enough to try it again.

What bothers me the most about this, though, is how network problems on Microsoft's end can affect the basic functionality of our Xboxes so much.
