    Xbox scree frozen on green load screen


    My screen is frozen on the load green screen, I’ve tryed turning the Xbox on and off, unplugging it and holding the button for 10 seconds but it still won’t un freeze.

    Can anyone help thanks

    *URGENT!* System Update Stuck/Frozen!

    I had this and thought my xbox froze so I turned it off and now it's stuck on the green loading screen and will not load at all.

    welcome screen is frozen

    I just recently downloaded the new update for Xbox one. Now when I turn on my console it loads the green screen but when the welcome screen comes up everything is frozen. It doesn't even connect to the internet. How can I fix this problem?

    HI

    Please try following
    this guide     and follow the option of I need to update my console offline and hopefully you will be able to get your console started.

    When you reach the step shown below in the guide I would initially select the option "Reset this console" and hopefully this will get your console started.

    Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.

    1. Wait 30 seconds, and then plug the power cord back in.
    2. Press and hold the BIND button (located below the Xbox button on the console) and the
      EJECT button (located on the front of the console), and then press the
      Xbox       button on the console.
    3. Continue holding the BIND and EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds.
    4. Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the
      BIND and EJECT buttons after the second power-up tone.
    5. The console should power up and take you directly to the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter.

    Hi, if it gets stuck there again, hold the power button on the console for a full 10 seconds until it turns off. Turn it back on and try again. Let us know if this helps.

    I've been having the same issue. On Xbox One X it gets stuck/freezes on loading. After several attempts I left it on the frozen loading screen.. after 10 mins it loads in correctly.
    May I ask how you stayed on the frozen loading screen? Ten seconds after freezing on my Xbox One X the game just quits out. I cant stay on the frozen screen for long.
