hello. i have a repair # that was just made today. csr told me once a unit can't be repaired a similar device will be given. well i forgot to ask csr if possible if i can receive the same scorpio edition.

i've read in reddit and forums, just as long you ask.

Xbox One X Power Issues

I Have had Xbox One x scorpio edition from day of release. Nothing but problems. Sent for repair still no change. All they keep saying is send it for another repair. Ridicules!

Give up on trouble shooting issues and researching the net and youtube. Nothing sorts it.

All xbox support test done also.

Xbox one X: Screen keeps going blank every few seconds when in 4k mode

Having this exact same issue. Trying to avoid entering into the lengthy repair process and possibly losing my Project Scorpio edition.

They generally will try to get you the same type of console if possible, but it's not always possible. There's no way to request a specific type.

That would be cool if it is somehow integrated with VR. It just gets frustrating buying into things that are new. I know that's true with any product, but early adopters get *** the most in my opinion. They talk about generation cycles, but the S and Scorpio
are still part of the same gen cycle, yet I'll end up shelling out more cash to keep up with the tech... it's similar to what PC gamers go through I suppose.
