Xbox Scarlet Pre-Order

Honestly I have looked everywhere for any preorder status updates from Gamestop on and nothing noted right now. Just them saying Holiday 2020. I realy do hope as well for a preorder because I myself am very excited. Is there nothing that Microsoft can
come up with in the realm of impossible. They innovate so much for the handicap-able and more. But yes nothing for now. Let myself know if you hear any word as well.

Hi! I don't think they open pre-order this early. I think you'll have to wait some more months.

It's 18 months away from release, they really aren't going to offer pre-orders when the console isn't even finished.

The console is still in it's conceptual stage and doesn't have a name or price. Once we have those then you will be able to pre-order.

I recently pre-ordered a couple games. Scarlet Nexus, and Dying Light 2. I would like to cancel these pre-orders, however I can't see them in my order history at all. I received a notification that I was going to be charged for a pre-order soon, as that is what reminded me to cancel the orders. I know I have not been charged for either games. Scarlet Nexus doesn't release until June 24th, and Dying Light 2 doesn't come out till December. I am just curious as to why either purchases aren't even showing up in my order history at all, not even giving me the option to cancel the orders.

You can connect with Xbox Support Center and request the refund before the release date of your game. They will initiate the refund for you. Show them your transaction reference number or reload the orders page, Sometimes it wont show up, Just try and let me know.
