    Xbox scans but cannot find internet connections


    Xbox scans but cannot find internet connections so I have to play offline. I've tried turning it off then on again and followed the instructions on screen but still doesn't work. Help please.

    help carnt sign in to xbox live !!! uk

    since yesterday i cannot connect to xbox live i use a wired connection and been fine until now when i do a network scan it say conncted to internet but still wont sign in live i have tryed reseting my router is xbox live down????

    I have tried to connect xbox live to the internet when it tries to scan for my talktalk broadband, it cannot find it. Can you instruct me how to connect to my wifi please.

    I am having the same issue, on top of the fact my S console cannot stay connected at all, and cannot find the wireless connection in my house aswell, i have to scan 7 or 8 times to find it, then when it does find it, it doesn't stay connected

    This is happening to us to! We’ve tried every online help we can find. Internet speed is excellent NAT is open it just says it can not connect its been happening all week ! But still cannot connect to xbox live! If anyone finds the answer it would be amazing!

    So you have downloaded the new Console Companion app now? Make sure that you have the app connected through the same internet that your Xbox is running through, as this is how it will recognize it. If you have your Xbox connected through your homes WiFi,
    but say you are using your phone data internet connection (without being connected to the same WiFi) to connect the app, then it will not find the console and cannot connect. So I would check the internet connections first and make sure they are connected
    through the same method.
