    Xbox Scammed me!


    Hi!

    I recently wanted to change my gamertag, and since i had done it once before i now had to pay for it. So i went to the webpage that it redirected me to and i put my credit card info in and as soon as i pressed the pay button i just got an error! And i looked
    at my bank account and they have still charged me!! Please help...

    Xbox scammed me

    It's no scam. When you redeem a code onto an account, it ties the value of that code onto that account.

    So the $50 is tied to the account that redeemed the code on and you'll have access to the funds on that account.

    Xbox Support can't refund or transfer funds or licenses from one account to another.

    Options -

    Download that profile/account to your Xbox One and sign into that account and if you're trying to buy a game, you can buy a game as a "gift" and send that gift to your other account.
