Xbox says there are problems with the services, but won’t show the issues.

Alright, this is an issue that has been happening for a few days now. I’ve tried multiple things to reset it, including a hard reset, resetting my router, and deleting my profile and redownloading it. My console says I’m connected to the internet, but won’t let me access anything online. In network settings, it says

“The following services are experiencing issues

Usually when this happens I know that a) Xbox.com/status has the issue there and b) it usually resolves in a few days. Xbox.com/status shows absolutely no service issues whatsoever. My NAT type is open and my cables are fine, and it’s been almost a week. I couldn’t even redownload my profile after resetting my console and clearing the MAC address. I have Xbox live and it’s working fine. Help!

Yeah, that seems to have fixed it, but I can’t run my Xbox on my phone as long term.

I know your internet is working fine with other devices but for us to best isolate the issue, can you try connecting the console to a different network? A mobile hotspot for example?

Oh, if it's working with a different network, that means, it has nothing to do with your console.

I'm having the same problem. My 360 says that it has a problem contacting to xbox live and it shows that there is a service alert. I checked the website, but it shows that everything is working fine.

Same issue.

The console i want to get serviced is xbox series s and it shows in warranty i won’t be able to it’s like same as amazon it’s been 5-6 months since my purchase they won’t be able to answer the Origin of my xbox
