Xbox says its connected to the internet, but XBL isn't working

I'm connected to my Xfinity wireless gateway and NAT is open. Both the network and multiplayer connection tests come back ok but I have no XBL content on my home screen and I can't connect to online games such as Battlefront. I have tried restarting the
XB and gateway with no change.

Hi,I need help with bridging my connections from my PC to xbox. I am currently using Windows 7 Ultimate btw. Anyway,everything is fine except when I sign into my account it says its not connected. So when I test connected it it says my network is not connected
to the internet when I am using it right now. This is what it says on my PC. Local Area Connection: Enabled,Bridged. Wireless Network Connection: Enabled,Bridged. Network Bridge: (My Network). So everything looks okay but when I sign on xbl it says my network
isn't connected to the internet. HELP!

 

Connected to Xbox Live- Games say I am NOT connected to Xbox Live

Ok.. My Xbox one is saying I am connected to wifi and everything and I go to sign into a New Xbox live account and it says I am Not connected.. When I check it, it says everything is connected and working. But it isn't. It Will not let me use internet at
all. Help me!!

 

try and just sign out of your profile , then back in....if that dosent do it , try this below....

go into settings and accounts and remove all the profiles , (make sure you have the email and password to get them back ) after you remove the profiles , shut the xbox down by holding the xbox logo on the console for 8 seconds till it powers down , while
it is off , unplug your modem and router for 30 seconds to clear them also , plug the modem and router back up and when they are online , turn the xbox back on , when it is all the way up , re add your main profile ...it may sit there and sync a little while
but all SHOULD be good afterwards ...

 

Having the same issue..tried to logout and logon again and that helped so I got the store and such up, but when trying to connect to destiny it says I´m not connected to Xbox live,

 

I've started experiencing this problem early last week and it fortunately doesn't occur often. Restarting my console or trying what Bimnog suggested fix the problem.

Any idea what's causing this issue?

 

What is causing this issue?!?!?! I shouldn't have to rest my router every time to connect to xbox live!

 

I'm experiencing the same issue. The thing that bothers me is that from time to time this morning the xbox app on the pc have been acting up a couple of times too (can't connect to the internet even though im browsing homepages and playing pc games online
at the same time) however on the status page for live it says that nothing is wrong.

I have been trying to keep the router, xbox one and modem powerless for 1min+; cleared the cache and deleted the profile but still it doesn't seem to work.

This problem started yesterday for me and I have been able to go online several times but then I get kicked and can't log in for awhile again. I'm on a 100/100mbit line and I don't experience any network lag or slow downloads on anything else but my xbox
one and sometimes login in to my xbox app on the pc.

 

Same problem here as FummelOst. Cant connect to xbox live with either xbox one or app on windows 10, Also the Xbox one Smartglass seems to not wanna log in. When i log out from the account on Xbox one the store comes up but if and thats a big IF i can log
in again it dissapears. Nothing wrong with any internet connection.

 

Same issue, internet connection is fine (internally tested and other devices are fine) but cannot connect to XBL at all

 

Vapourkill, usually signing out of your profile and signing back it resolves this issue. Give that a try to see if it will work for you. If that doesn't work try removing your profile from your console then do a hard reset and once the console is back
online download the profile again. Let us know. Good Luck!

 

I'm having the same problem Internet is totally fine and says it's connect and says all services available but when I click on the part that says connect to Xbox live on my home screen it won't connect or do anything anyone know a fix?
