XBox says it can't send verify text

I can't text my friends because it keep saying u can't send any messages because of your last behavior

I figured it out. You have go to Microsoft security settings and set up identity verification and two step verification.

How can i text my friends if i can't send them a text on my xbox app that on my phone.
