Xbox says i'm not connected to internet??? Help!!!

Hi! I'm trying to figure out why my xbox one is saying I'm not connected to the internet when i go to play a game, but all of the promotional tabs that show when you're online are up.

I have power cycled

restarted the xbox

reset the internet modem

and i don't know if this would've helped, but I've let it sit for a bit too, around an hour

Anyway please follow the instructions below, make sure there is nothing wrong with your connection.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

They are unconfigured, so have access restrictions, causing these errors.

If you do not have knowledge, I advise you to contact the ISP that they will do for you

set a fixed ip for the console/PC, open the ports described below, disable and enable the UPnP function and disable the modem firewall, if you have a modem and a router the process has to be done on both devices.

Put console/PC IP in DMZ zone.

Port 88 (UDP)

Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)

Port 53 (UDP and TCP)

Port 80 (TCP)

Port 500 (UDP)

Port 3544 (UDP)

Port 4500 (UDP)

You can ask ISP(Internet Service Provider) for help

I face the same problem.

I am using Xbox series X for like 1y and a half, and the internet provider haven't changed anything during this time, why these ports should be closed/unavailable after Xbox update? Because this happened me personally after the September 's update just a few days ago. I have contacted my ISP and they told me, IP is static, it only changes after few years when needed, they never change / block / close anything on routers/modems they provide.

Might be the update be the main reason we are facing this problem?

I am enjoying playing on Xbox, but such a problems is pain in the ****.

I just hard reset my Xbox and logged back into my Xbox account and it's still saying I need to connect to IPv6 and I'm connected to the internet but I'm only getting 0.36mb for upload and 2.57mb for download can u help?
