Xbox says I no longer own a game

So i wanted to redownload assassins creed unity, which came with my Xbox when i bought it along with AC Black Flag. When i head to my games & apps and go to ready to install i can see Black Flag but AC unity is no there. I checked the Xbox store and it
gives me the option to buy unity even though i should have it. I was told to check my order history and the game doesnt even appear there. I dont know what to do as im supposed to have this game and i feel ripped off right now.

Sorry to hear you're having issues. If you purchased the game on your tag then try the steps listed below. Move to the next option if one doesn't work.

1. Power cycle by holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down.

2. Delete the game and reinstall it.

3. Factory reset the console (there is an option to keep installed games/apps)

Exactly!! I have my achievements and everything but it doesnt show that its mine, even though the console was literally the AC Unity edition

Sorry about this, if you cant see the game into your previous order (
https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/ display all contents ans all dates ), as the other Ambassador told you either you get that game with a code but it was Registered with another account either there is an issue with your account so in this case

There is jo way i reedemed it into another account as when i redeemed the code the only account on the xbox was mine
