    Xbox says I need to renew Xbox Live Gold but I don't


    Hello,

    you probably all know that button on the home screen or now even on the guide which leads you directly to the Xbox Live Gold page to redeem Gold Games, get Gold Deals and stuff..

    Sadly my Xbox tells me now that I need to renew my subscription on that page, but I my subscription lasts till 2018.

    If I click on renew subscription, then I get redirected to the Xbox Live Gold page anyway, where everything seems fine.

    Still my Xbox seems to think that I don't own Gold, but I do.

    Any hint on what to do to resolve this issue?

    my Xbox won't let me play any multiplayer on Xbox live. It says I need to have an Xbox live gold subscription but when I check my account info it says I do have a subscription and I am enrolled in auto renew

    My xbox one doesnt register my gold membership?!

    So i renew my xbox live gold yearly and the last time i renewed it was in february this year i stopped playing xbox for about 3 weeks and went on today to find that it says i need gold? i tried to put a code in but it says i already have gold so which i
    should do but it says i dont?

    Hi,

    been having this problem recently and need some help. seems likes it's pretty similar to me.

    My membership says that I have Xbox live gold but every time I try to play online or use a feature that requires Xbox live gold it says, I need to buy an Xbox live gold membership to access this feature.

    I have multiple emails notifying me of renewals and cancellations after I had tried to renew, not sure if it's some sorta glitch loop that's gonna add charges to me.

    Can someone please tell me how to fix this problem.
