    Hello, so I tried to log into my XBox live account on my xbox and it told me that my gold subsciption had ended, however, when I come on the xbox.com it ways that my account is still gold. I know this is a common issue so I wanted to know if there
    is a solution to this problem.

    hi, i have had xbox live gold for i while whit no problems, but now when i start a game it says i don’t have subscription om live gold. But when i look in settings it says i have it. So i ended my subscription and try starting a new one but it wont work.
    It just says that something is wrong whit the servers but no error code

    hello all,

    Today I bought xbox live gold 3 months with a prepaid card. Once I redeemed the code and started my games it stil says I need xbox live gold.. also I checked my subscription status and says I have an active gold subscription now, and also with an end date.
    So I have gold but no gold at all.. als my Internet functions normal and it seems I can download games with gold lolz but the home screen says subscribe on gold..

    Plz help..

    You do have the ambassador badge, so it means you are an ambassador.

    you even have a profile with several details:
    ambassadors.xbox.com/profile.aspx

    So all seems to be fine, if you still get any issues you can try the Ambassador support forums here:

    forums.xbox.com/.../2590.aspx

    If that failes follow the steps mentioned by oOUTSIDERo62 and PM one of the support people or try twitter via @XboxSupport

    You have the ambassador laurel on your forums badge, so I expect you are indeed an ambassador. Do you have access to the ambassador forum? If not, your best bet is to PM one of the official support people.
