    I'm sorry to see any billing issues! We are unable to assist with those here on the forums. If the
    Subscriptions & services page is saying that you currently have Gold, and

    removing and re-adding your profile
    on the console doesn't work, you will want to
    contact us via phone or chat for further assistance.

    Please keep me updated on the situation! If phone/chat are unable to assist you in a way that is your satisfaction, we can see what other options we have here. Xbox says I have a gold subscription but I don't :)

    So I can't join parties, play multiplayer, or anything because Xbox wants me to buy Gold. Thing is I bought a year of Gold 2 months ago. I'm not paying to buy Gold. I have Gold! I spent over $60 on Gold! Let me play my games and talk to my friends!!

    you have gold on the boards, so you should also have it available on console.

    you can try removing your gt from your console and readd it, this may trigger a sync of your status. if it still doesnt work you should contact xbox support.

    Let's have you both
    Remove your profiles
    then
    power cycle
    the console and re-add your the profile.

    Then attempt to play an online game or join a party and let us know what happens!

    You do have the ambassador badge, so it means you are an ambassador.

    So all seems to be fine, if you still get any issues you can try the Ambassador support forums here:

    You have the ambassador laurel on your forums badge, so I expect you are indeed an ambassador. Do you have access to the ambassador forum? If not, your best bet is to PM one of the official support people.
