Xbox says I don’t own overwatch even though it’s also says downloaded

It was free with Xbox Live Gold Free to Play Days - Thursday, July 25 at 12:01 a.m. PDT and runs through to Sunday, July 28 at 11:59 p.m. PDT

The games were:

Overwatch, Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker, Worms W.M.D and Gear 5 Tech Test

So far nothing has changed. I’ve also tried inputting the code on the website with my phone and still says I own it even though I don’t.

The DLC is installed as normal on the Xbox, but in the game I don’t have all the content even though it is listed in my game as being there. The issue is the Creation Club says I do not own the mods and so I cannot download them.

I too purchased the Vault edition. It says all bundles are downloaded but in game they’re not active and Microsoft stores says I don’t own that item even though I purchased it on the store. Really irritating they can’t figure this out, especially after spending $100.

I also bought it on sale for 13.99 even though it says not available on cloud I was thinking that it’s not available on cloud if you don’t buy it that was not the case.
