Xbox Says I Don't Have Xbox Live Gold But I Do?

I am having the same issue as, what seems to be, everyone else here. Misses Quinzel, I appreciate your post providing a possible solution to this problem, but I am not completely familiar with how I contact the support team. Is there a phone number I call
or do I directly contact them through the XBox website? Will they know how much longer my Gold subscription has left (which should be til March or April 2015) and can they compensate for the two weeks that have elapsed on top of reactivating the remainder
of my subscription? I worked hard to make enough extra money to enjoy both the XBOX One and XBox Live so losing two weeks kinda has been frustrating.

 

We are having this same problem. I hope this to is fixed soon. I have wasted a lot of time on this due to my children driving me crazy. - Very bad service.

Just turn my xbox one on and my live is working XD

 

Misses Quinzel, I have gray on the gamercard, but I am the one on my xbox who actually owns the gold membership (and it isn't a trial membership), and obviously I should have access to my games. I can't understand because I've a bought a year for XBL membership.

I'm having the same problem I was invited to a party and tried to join but it said that I'm out of xboxlive so then I put in a new code. It said confirm and i clicked it then it said I already have xboxlive membership and should give this code to a friend.
I tried three times and it didn't work so I got another code and tried it and it said the same thing. I went on forza 5 and tried to join multiplayer but it didn't work and I can't join party's can you please fix this I'm thinkin the codes that I'm putting
in are being wasted. Please fix this problem.

 

I have the exact problems as mentioned above, checked with my ISP and broadband is fine, I run the tests through the xbox and they come back fine, I have tried doing the reset and clearing the cache trick but have had no luck, I've even deleted my profile
from the xbox and added it again, still seeing the box to the right on the main screen saying connect to xbox live even though I have a yearly renewal which I can check on the subscriptions section. I phoned xbox support yesterday where they told me my case
would be escalated and I was to receive a call tonight with a solution, no surprise to say I didn't get the call. other thing happening to me on the xbox is when I power it up it signs in to my profile but then kicks me out after a while, I manually try signing
in again and get the message "There was a problem, we could not sign you in, try again in a few minutes, or check your account by signing in to account.live.com. Sign in: 0x87DD0017" my account is fine, checks out okay through my laptop and have no issues
signing in and using marketplace on xbox 360.....had this problem with my xbox one for over 6 weeks now.

 

Hey, Brisy! Your issue seems slightly different, as no one had received an error code like you have. Since you are currently in contact with support, I would suggest that you push for them to cancel your Gold and give you a token. This has worked for other
users in this thread, and you will not lose your Gold if you do this. You can see this as a troubleshooting step in the verified post of mine above.

Hopefully that helps you out. If it doesn't, please do post back so that we may split you off and look into it further.

Thanks for your reply. I was actually waiting for a call back from the support team yesterday, I did not get this but today I got an email saying they tried to call but got no answer, a bit strange as I had no missed calls or messages on my house phone or
my mobile. I clicked the option for someone to contact me via email, as I have a very strong Scottish accent sometimes phone calls are not the best option for me. Hopefully I can ask the next person I speak with to cancel my gold and issue me with a token
as you said.

 

Forgot to mention that is just one of many codes I have had, other codes come up when trying to access content or when trying to look at my friends list.

I have just bought my Xbox One and started a 30 day free trial of Xbox Live Gold. Everything seemed to be fine until it suddenly didn't let me go online in Call of Duty Ghosts. I checked back in the Subscriptions tab and all of a sudden my free trial was
not there anymore. What the heck, son? Halp?
