    Xbox says I don't have gold, website disagrees.


    I recently had the 8015190A (Can't download profile error), that has plagued the community for the last couple of days, then I was finally able to re-download my profile this morning, for the xbox to tell me I'm an xbox live free member and try to get me
    to sign up for a gold membership, which I already have.

    Under my current subscriptions on both the account.live and xbox.com pages it clearly states Current Subscriptions; Gold – 1 Month. Renews on 27/03/2014. Which is perfectly correct as I have a rolling one month subscription, before this whole profile
    spectacle which has been a complete farce from start to finish, everything was working fine, it has now been 4 days since I have been able to utilise a membership I paid for.



    Can I please get some help that isn't regurgitation of the troubleshooting steps which I have tried countless times.

    Hey there Bazza228,

    What happens when you try to play online? Do you see an active subscription when you check
    account.xbox.com? We have list of contact numbers for the phone teams

    Xbox says I don't have gold, website disagrees.

    A few other users have reported this same issue. You will need to give phone support a call to have it rectified

    Thank god someone that has a similiar issue. Couldn't download one day then changed my password on my Microsoft Live ID the next day. Downloaded no problem but now the real issue, I'm at a silver membership when I had a gold good all the way up until the
    24th (autorenewal account). Can't even redeem codes cause apparently my billing account has been locked. Trust me I have talked to tech support and they don't see a block on their end. Tried every possible troubleshooting step there is thus far. Bumped it
    up to the advocacy team and I'm (guess what I'm gonna say?)..........still waiting. It has been going on since Sunday
