Xbox says I don't have Gold but I do.

Discus and support Xbox says I don't have Gold but I do. in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; So I can't join parties, play multiplayer, or anything because Xbox wants me to buy Gold.   1. Xbox says I don't have Gold but I do.


    So I can't join parties, play multiplayer, or anything because Xbox wants me to buy Gold. Thing is I bought a year of Gold 2 months ago. I'm not paying to buy Gold. I have Gold! I spent over $60 on Gold! Let me play my games and talk to my friends!!

  2. My Xbox live says I don't have gold, but I do

    Recently, My friend and I have started game sharing. It was working fine for the first few days, but now I can't play any of the games he shared with me. I have my home Xbox set to my normal Xbox, and he has the same for his. He bought the games digitally
    with an account that's doesn't have Xbox live, and he plays them with an account with Xbox live. When we play games he bought, I have the account that bought the games signed on in the background. Whenever we try to play the games he bought now, it says that I need
    Xbox live. Can anybody help me? (Also I only have 1 controllers so both accounts would have to be signed in on the same controller)

    When you are able to let's try a full power cycle with all the steps in our
    power cycle guide
    . After that please let us know if you still see that messaging when trying to play online.

    I'm sorry to see any billing issues! We are unable to assist with those here on the forums. If the
    Subscriptions & services page is saying that you currently have Gold, and

    removing and re-adding your profile
    on the console doesn't work, you will want to
    contact us via phone or chat for further assistance.

    Please keep me updated on the situation! If phone/chat are unable to assist you in a way that is your satisfaction, we can see what other options we have here. Xbox says I don't have Gold but I do. :)

    What happens when you try to play online? Do you see an active subscription when you check
