    Hi,

    When i am going to play the new cod game my xbox tells me i dont have xbox live gold, but i can see on my account that i have a open subscription.

    Anyone who had the same issue?

    It's fixed now , had to contact an account exper , there was actually something wrong with my account

    I have the same problem. Console just doesn't bother to check if I have xbox live, if I try to set up xbox live, it finds I have it and won't let me set it up, but it doesn't reconnect it. This seems like a pretty serious mishap.

    How did you contact an expert? I am also experiencing the same issue with ultimate game pass and I want to fix it now
