    Xbox says I already have gold when using a code.


    My 48 hour trial expired, and now I am trying to use another gold trial code, but when i input the code, I get a message saying, "You already have a gold membership", yet my trial expired, what can i do to fix this? I tried holding down the power button
    for 10 seconds, but it hasn't fixed anything.

    Xbox says I have a gold subscription but I don't

    When I try buying gold or using a prepaid code it says I already have gold but I cant play online or anything and when I go to subscriptions theres nothing there. How do I fix this.

    XBOX Live Gold Issues

    I bought an XBOX Live gold code on Microsoft for 1 Year, and I entered the code in inside of the XBOX Shop, and it supposedly worked. I went to My memberships and It said that I have XBOX live gold. But, when I try to play a game using XBOX live gold on
    NBA 2k18, I cannot play. When I enter the code again, it says it has already been used.

    Try signing in and out of your profile and then redeem it? I know you can't stack trial accounts and maybe it's not recognizing that you currently don't have a sub. Or maybe you're used all three trials on that console?

    You still show as silver account only. So looks like something may have gone wrong.
