    Every time I get and download a new game, it gives me this error code and it says it doesn't exist

    everytime I download a new game, it doesn't let me even go in the game. Right when I click on it, it says something went wrong and gives me this error code: 0x800703f9

    But, everytime I put this on the Xbox help page, it says that this doesn't exist and now my new game doesn't work and I don't know what to do. Can anyone help me?

    Btw I've gotten this code so many times that I've committed it to memory.

    I just got this code too. Was playing BF1 and in the middle of a game it just says "Something went wrong" and gives me this code. I enter it into the box on the website, like I'm supposed to, and it says "Code doesn't exist"...

    Great. Leave it to Xbox to give me a code that doesn't exist, along with no help to solve the problem.

    Well during the beta it would say that it was caused by my nat, now it just gives me a error code and tells me to go to help.bungie. I'm getting bee and centipede errors, are you getting the same error codes? I will mark your previous statement about forwarding
    1200 as the answer seeing as the game is no longer saying I have strict nat. Until bungie says other wise I'm going to assume this new problem is on their end. Thanks for the help Malacath!

    P.S I forwarded the port you suggested plus the ports bungie told me to as well. :)
