Xbox says disc are dirty and are unresponsive

Every disc I seem to put in my Xbox One doesn't read and they say its dirty, no matter what disc, brand new or not.

Any help here?

Strange purple lines on disc

One of my Xbox games has these strange purple lines on the disc. The game loads, but when I try to race, it says the game is dirty or damaged. The line are 2 wide at the the to of the disc

What Are The Signs Of A Dirty Laser Lens?

The signs of a dirty/faulty laser is it takes a while to read a disc and when it does it says its a DVD. It wont read. It'll spin up for 2 seconds and stop. Anything along those lines are signs of a dirty/faulty laser.

Try to use a movie or music dvd. If the issue persists that is a hardware issue of the disc driver and you should send your console for repairs:

when i put the disc it says it's dirty but the disc is new Sonic Frontiere in my Xbox one

My Xbox one says disc may be damaged or dirty everytime I have to unplug my Xbox and restart it

That's exactly what I'm dealing with! Does your xbox say that the disc is dirty and boots you out of the game? I checked my disc and it is practically brand new.

And don't try to say it's a dirty disc drive because If I reset my xbox and of times it will work like 30 times or more
