    Xbox says connected to internet but it’s not


    Xbox say connected to WiFi but it’s not the up address on advanced settings keeps going to 0.0.0.0 when you test connection it says connected but when you do speed test it fails every other device in the house works it still won’t work if I plug in an ethernet

    I can't, it says that it's not connected to the internet. My xbox one is connected to the internet but when I try to play a 360 game on the xbox one it says that it can't connect to the internet.

    I'm sorry you're experiencing these issues.

    Please try to test connecting your console to another network and check if the same problem occurs, you could configure your smartphone as a Mobile Hotspot and connect your console to that network.

    Let me know if the behavior is the same.
