Xbox saying that i dont have gold

Hey mate,

I've seen this issue crop up in the past, and have a few suggestions that should hopefully work:

Firstly, the ol' power cycle. With you xbox on, hold the power button on the front of the xbox down for 10seconds to shut it completly off. Then turn it back on and see if it has worked.

Failing that, another suggestion I found had worked for others, was to delete your profile from the xbox and redownload it again.

Let us know if neither of those works, and we can go from there

i just checked out your profile and it does indeed say gold. Try deleting your account then recover and see if that fixes it

Power Cycle your Xbox One console? If not, I would suggest trying that out first. If that still doesn't work then you might want to check your
subscription to be sure that it is working, I understand that you are able to go online with Destiny 2 but we should probably make sure. If at the end of this you're still not able
to go online, then the next course of action would be to
Contact Support.

• Step 1: Click on Ask a Question
  
• Step 2 : Select your Product
  
• Step 3 : Select your Issue
