Dead Rising 4 Game was bought digitally

I have same problem for installing program like youtube and micrsoft photo.

I have tried the methods of put Xbox offline then physically restart Xbox, or the method cancelling the installation and power cycle. Both of them don't work.

What shall I do?

Forza 4 network transfer problem

i tried those method and i tried to transfer for more than 10 times.. obviously those didnt work, before that i already know about the power cycle method through other forums n etc

try deleting profile (profile only!) and redownload it that will make you have the most up to date version of your profile THEN you should be able to play gold online. or i you do not want to do that, do a speed test, both should work if not, call up support.

Look everytime i have a problem likes this i already do the power cycle method. That didnt help so i made this post.

Subscriptions & services page is saying that you currently have Gold, and

removing and re-adding your profile on the console doesn't work, you will want to
