Xbox Save Data Problem

I am having problems with my games not being able to save my game settings like Ghost where when I start up the game I have to change back all my settings and the game starts up really slowly.Any body knows what to do please respond.

Ok guys I had the same issue and took the following steps:

1. Delete saved game data from xbox one. Did not fix problem.

2.delete saved game data from everywhere. Did not fix problem started new save game data. No fix.

3.deleted entire game and any updates. Reinstalled/downloaded. Kept save data. Problem fixed.

In short. Uninstaller and delete game including updates. Keep your saved game data. Redownload and reinstall. This worked for me.

Ok, I think I might know what's going on. I didn't know that Blops 3 features four-player co-op campaign. I assume that's what you were trying to progress? If so, I believe the problem is that the game probably uses two different sets of save data for online and offline campaigns. And in this case, it appears as though the online save data is stored server-side in association with your virtual profile for Blops 3. And in that case, Xbox Live sees it as part of the online multiplayer data suite. Thus, it becomes inaccessible to XBL Silver members. Mind you, I've never played Blops 3, but this would be my guess.

Halo: MCC employs a similar system, but makes it less noticeable as it will essentially copy the co-op save data to a local single-player save without prompting the player. This thwarts the problem.

Sorry to hear about the game save issues. Are you experiencing this issue with all games or only with specific games? Is it only your game settings that are failing to save?

Please let us know specifically where you are experiencing this issue so that we can help get this sorted. In the mean time I recommend power cycling your Xbox
One console to see if that resolves the issue.

 

Well all of my games are having the same problems and power cycling did not help

Sorry to hear that the issue is continuing to occur. Have you noticed this issue with just your profile? If possible can you try another profile on your console to see if the game settings will save?
