My son got the new xbox s for Christmas. The console will turn on briefly and then shuts down I have tried all online support and this issue has not resolved. I have tried requesting a service/repair however, when I go through the process the request will
not finalise and keeps taking me back to the first page. I have tried requesting a call back through the automated service and when I received the call back yesterday I held on the phone for a representative for 4 hours and then the call got cut off. I have
tried all over options online and nothing. Please help as I have a very upset little boy, an xbox that doesn't work and £250.00 out of pocket.

Any help would be most appreciated.

The Xbox one s or xbox series s?

There is no xbox S

And yes there is a difference

A xbox series s is just xbox series s

There's no such thing as an Xbox One Series S. There's an Xbox One S and an Xbox Series S. That game is only available for the Series S/X, not the One. So if you have a One S, it will not work.

You keep saying you have an Xbox S, but is that an Xbox One S or an Xbox Series S? The All Digital is typically a One S which wouldn't be compatible.

Are you using an Xbox One S or Xbox Series S? It's not available on the One S.

How do you reset your outlook password when you get only options to enter the console ID for Xbox One or Xbox 360 and I have an Xbox S? It rejects my console ID for both options!
