    Hi

    I have been unsuccessful in trying to sign in, I keep getting told the the password is incorrect yet I can sign in online to my account.

    I go to use another device input the eight digit code and am repeatedly being told there is a problem but not what ?

    Can anybody please help

    I've been told that I can be signed into my Xbox 360 with my profile at the same time as on my Xbox One.

    Yes you can sign in on both the 360 and Xbox One at the same time . Only thing you can't do is sign in on 2 X1's or 2 360's at the same time with your Gamer tag.

    See for me when i first turn on my xbox it doesnt sign me on, but when i go to sign in it lets me and everything works fine,but when i check the notification it come up with the same "theres a problem" message. Wtf :s so i basically doesnt sign me in whenever
    i turn the xbox on, but i can sign in manually myself :s weirddd!

    What the hell is wrong with sky player on the xbox ???????

    Or just dont sign in when it ask`s,,

    Things go *** up everytime xbox update any software so then other`s fail.

    Same problem here. Xbox one S. My black xbox one signs in just fine. Gone through networking troubleshooting, and everything points to the XB one S.
