Bought and Xbox one s and it stated on your site rewards if you bought an Xbox one s u wud receive £30 in points on my account received Xbox one s and nothing ? Spoke to support which have pointed me this why can u help or what I can do

I noticed you can receive 28,000 points for buying an xbox one s I own one but can't redeems them.

you can get 28,000 Microsoft reward points for buying the Xbox one S and i was wondering if you could redeem the points if you already own one

 

The credits should show as pending about 15 days after the console ships. If it's been past the 15 days, you'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum so support can check into it.
